Short Bio

Prof. David Rousseau heads the research group ImHorPhen where he leads interdisciplinary research in Bioimaging with data driven approaches and application on plant population and cell biology. We develop imaging systems, computer vision mostly based on AIĀ  (interest in active learning, Data centric AI, Deep learning for multi-modal processing, …) for plant phenotyping with application in agriculture.
